Can you refurbish an office while we keep working in it?

Yes. Where the floor allows it, we wall off the active areas and keep your essential rooms running while we work the rest. We push the noisy, dusty jobs into your quieter hours and walk you through the order of work before we lift a tool.

Do you handle the electrical, data, and lighting?

Yes. Our licensed electricians and cablers run the power, lighting and data as part of the one fitout, so it all lands where you need it. We mark up the desk positions, meeting rooms and network points early, then everything gets wired to suit.

What does an office fitout typically cover?

Most cover reception and meeting rooms, open-plan desks, breakout and storage, and the back-of-house. We tie the partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, power, data and lighting into one job so your team can move straight in when we hand it over.

Do you handle building approvals and base building requirements?

Yes. We build to the building approvals, fire and accessibility rules, and whatever your landlord or base building conditions set for the tenancy. If a development application or strata sign-off is needed, we work that into the program so the dates we give you hold up.

What do you need from us to quote an office fitout?

A floor plan or your lease drawings, your headcount and meeting room numbers, the finish you are after, and when you need to be in. Send any design or fitout brief you already have; if you have none, we can work straight from the space and how your team needs to use it.
