Questions about commercial renovations

Can you renovate only part of a commercial space?

Yes. We can work through selected areas in stages where the site and your trading allow it, leaving the rest in use while we go. That keeps the renovation on the parts that actually need it instead of tearing through the whole tenancy.

What does a commercial renovation usually cover?

Most cover layout changes, new finishes, joinery, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and selected power, data and lighting works. It can run anywhere from a light refresh to a substantial refurbishment, depending on the condition of your space and what you want to fix.

Can you renovate while we keep trading or operating?

Yes. Where access and conditions allow, we run the works in stages and around your hours to keep disruption down. We can dust-seal active areas and shift the noisy work after hours so the rooms you need stay open.

How is a renovation different from a full fitout?

A renovation builds on what is already in the tenancy, so we keep the good parts and upgrade the rest. A full fitout usually starts from a bare or stripped tenancy and builds out from scratch. If your space needs a big change either way, we will tell you straight which one suits it.

What do you need from us to price a renovation?

Tell us about the space, what is working and what is not, and send any photos, floor plans or your make good or lease document so we can see the starting point. Then we walk the site, check the existing condition first-hand, and confirm a real staging plan and price.
